What are you getting when a Brower Mechanical "Comfort Specialist" shows up at your home or business? To start with you have the assurance from Trane that the person showing up at your home or business has been trained and is involved in ongoing training.
The "Trane Comfort Specialist" title is not handed out just because you sell the Trane product line. A Trane dealer must qualify for the annual designation by meeting ongoing training in the areas of service, installation, customer care and employee training. Trane looks at the areas of professionalism and technical expertise before awards the title of "Comfort Specialist". You have the word of both Brower Mechanical and Trane that whomever is showing up at your home or business is well trained. You will also notice that a Brower Comfort Specialist is clean, polite, their van is clean and most of all they are highly trained to handle the challenge that you have. Our Specialists are constantly training in the areas of service, repair and replacement.
