Surprisingly, indoor air is commonly two to five times more contaminated than outdoor air, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Proper ventilation is an important strategy for removing contaminants, allergens, odors, and fumes from your home – protecting your family’s health.

Adequate home ventilation will:

  • Avoid the accumulation of pollutants
  • Vent excess moisture to exit the home, preventing mold growth
  • Prevent home deterioration by avoiding mold growth
  • Mitigate common asthma triggers and allergens such as pollen, dust, pet dander, and mold when air is filtered
  • Remove odors for fresher air

Poor indoor air quality can trigger allergy symptoms, aggravate asthma, and increase exposure to toxins, impacting human health. There are numerous sources of indoor pollution in Sacramento-area homes – including smog, particles from cooking, mold, pet dander, pollen and dust.

There are common problem areas in the home due to inadequate ventilation. In the kitchen, smoke and cooking fumes can accumulate, causing health problems. In the kitchen and bathroom, moisture from cooking and bathing can elevate humidity levels, encouraging the growth of mold. In the laundry room, proper dryer ventilation is essential for exhausting humidity and even fumes from the home.

We install a variety of products to promote indoor air quality in your Sacramento-area home. From whole house filtration systems to heat recovery ventilators – we provide a suite of services for cleaner indoor air.

Paula H.

I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I was with Mike Tarabockia, one of your service technicians, who responded to a call we made to Brower on Saturday, August 29, regarding trouble with our air conditioning unit. All of the sudden our unit quit producing cool air. The fan was running but I could not hear the compressor running. Mike was here in the hour after I called, took care of the problem, and was on his way 45 minutes later.
